Heat Resilience The vessel safely withstands boiling water and offers excellent heat retention. Pre-warming the cup is highly encouraged to fully awaken your brew's aroma.
Storage Ensure the vessel is completely dry before storing to protect the unglazed earthen foot. When stacking, place a soft paper liner between vessels to preserve their delicate rims.

Quality & Assurance Natural glaze variations born from the extreme 1300°C reduction process are unique signatures of the kiln, not defects. However, should your piece arrive damaged or incorrect, our studio will resolve the matter promptly to ensure your absolute peace of mind.

SaraGaia uses Raw Mineral glazes fired in a reduction atmosphere at 1300°C. Unlike industrial pigments, minerals react unpredictably to the flame. Slight variations in glaze flow, texture, and color depth are the inherent signatures of the kiln. We consider these differences to be marks of geological authenticity, not defects.
Absolutely. Our “Zero-Additive” philosophy means we use only pure, raw minerals sourced from the Jingdezhen stratum. Our glazes contain no lead, no cadmium, and no chemical synthesizers. Every batch undergoes rigorous laboratory testing to ensure it meets the highest international safety standards.
