How much does a custom order cost?
From $149/unit for 20+ pieces, from $199 for individual commissions. We provide a detailed quote within 48 hours of your consultation — no surprises, no hidden fees.
What is the minimum order?
No minimum. Single pieces to 200-piece sets. Every order receives the same craft attention.
Can I choose the exact glaze?
You choose the glaze family (Tea Dust, Peach Bloom, Splashed Blue). The kiln determines the final expression — that's what makes every piece unrepeatable. We'll provide 2-3 test pieces for your approval before the full run.
How long does it take?
6-8 weeks from approval to delivery. Good things take geological time. We'll send progress updates with photos at each stage.
Can I add engraving or custom packaging?
Yes — hand-engraving, custom box inserts, branded cards, and bespoke packaging are all available. Discuss in your consultation.
