How can I check my order status?

After you placed an order you will receive an email with the details of your order and you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when the order ships. You can also contact us at support@saragaia.com to check your order status.

How can I change or cancel my order after is placed?

Orders start being processed immediately after placement, we may not be able to cancel your order. If you need to change your order please contact us right away so we can accommodate you in every way possible.

After your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. The return policy will be applicable.

How long will it take for my order to ship?  

Our standard processing times vary from 1-7 business days depending on the item you ordered. Customized orders and made to order items will require 5 -10 business days processing times.

What items are not eligible for returns?
  • Personalized items or custom orders
  • Items specified as not returnable
  • Gift cards
  • Any product that has been modified, installed, or used in any way
  • Items that are not in resalable condition or items missing the original packaging
  • Final sale, open box, and clearance items
  • Orders totaling over $2,000 on multiple quantities of the same product.
  • Orders of 5 or more items.
  • Items over 14 days of delivery.
What if I receive damaged or incorrect merchandise?

In the case you receive merchandise that is damaged, incorrect or incomplete, please contact us immediately so we can make it right. For faster assistance please email us with you return or exchange claim at support@saragaia.com with your order number, contact information and photos of possible damages. Keep all items and packaging materials until your claim is resolved.

If we are out of stock of the item you need replacement we will let you know when is back in stock or suggest you with a suitable replacement.

Please note, we cannot honor damage claims without proper documentation of the damages and identification of the package.  

I threw out my original package, can I still return my order? 

All products must be new, unused and with the original packaging to be accepted.

Can the price be adjusted after ordering?

Unfortunately, we cannot adjust prices after an order is placed. Our sale prices are valid for certain times only and we do not adjust pricing for orders placed prior to the sales offered.  

What happens if the item I ordered is backordered?

In some cases, shipping may be postponed due to a lack of product availability. Items that are on backorder will be shipped when they are received in stock. In the event of any delay, we will notify you by mail or email.

 How do I track my order? 

Our orders are shipped with multiple carriers and will have multiple tracking numbers. Make sure to check the shipping confirmation email when you receive it, all tracking numbers will be available through your order page for you to check delivery and status.  

Why should I protect my order with Route insurance? 

For us to guarantee 100% satisfaction, we offer order protection via Route insurance in the case packages get lost in transit, damaged or stolen.

Where do you ship?

We ship to the United States (48 continuous States), France, Germany, Norway, Spain (51 of 52 provinces), Sweden, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Switzerland, United Kingdom (England) & Italy.

Shipping cost

We offer economy standard shipping to all orders to US and Canada. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

How long would it take for my tracking link to show updates? 

Most shipments will have updates available 1-3 business days after dispatch. 

Nonetheless, not all shipping methods behave the same way. Some packages do some internal travelling which is not necessarily recorded before starting to show in-transit updates. If you need any help understanding your package tracking link, please email us at  support@saragaia.com

What if my package is delayed? 

For orders that have delays outside of the norm, we can offer a replacement based on product availability. 

Replacement items will be sent free of charge. Only shipping fees will be charged to ensure the return of the extra products. The shipping Fees will be refunded once the return product is received. The shipping Fee  of the replacement item will depend on quantity and the product. Typically the same shipping cost as in original order.

What if I used the wrong shipping address? 

If a wrong shipping address was used, please contact us immediately so we can rectify the error prior to dispatch. If the order is dispatched & delivered using an incorrect address provided by the customer, we do not offer refunds or replacements.

Is your website safe and secure?

We take every measure on our control to protect against the loss, miss use or alteration of the information. Our store iscertified Level 1 PCI compliant so all our credit card transactions are secured to highest standards.

Are ceramic items protected when shipping?

Yes, all our ceramic is protected with bubble wrap and foam fillers and packed in size appropriate boxes. Route insurance does not cover ceramic items but if your order arrives broken, we will take responsibility for it and offer a replacement or a full refund.
