# SaraGaia Featured in British VOGUE: Celebrating Contemporary Jingdezhen Porcelain on the Global Stage

Dear Friends and Collectors,

Today, we are thrilled to announce a historic milestone for our design studio. SaraGaia has officially been selected and featured by the global authority on fashion and high-end lifestyle, British VOGUE.

To be curated by British VOGUE is a profound endorsement of the SaraGaia studio aesthetic. It brings the timeless art of Jingdezhen porcelain craftsmanship into the spotlight of international contemporary design, connecting centuries of heritage with discerning collectors worldwide.

## As Seen in British VOGUE

In their exclusive summer curation, the editorial team at British VOGUE captured the essence of our signature design:

"SaraGaia is a Jingdezhen porcelain studio crafting sculptural drinkware. Stacked one upon the other, the Bamboo Puzzle Porcelain Mugs rise like living bamboo - each piece is hand-thrown through 72 traditional steps and fired at 1,300 degrees Celsius. Art when empty, life when full."

## The Master Craftsmanship Behind SaraGaia Studio

What resonated with the editors of British VOGUE is the dedication to preserving the authentic, unhurried nature of traditional pottery while innovating for modern living.

Every creation from the SaraGaia studio is born in Jingdezhen, the porcelain capital of the world. Made from premium Kaolin clay, our handcrafted luxury ceramic mugs are hand-thrown by master artisans. Each individual piece undergoes a meticulous 72-step traditional process, spanning raw earth preparation, precise throwing, hand-trimming, glazing, and high-firing.

The featured SaraGaia Bamboo Puzzle Mugs carry the elegant structural form of Eastern bamboo. When stacked, they transform into an architectural ceramic sculpture that enhances any interior space.

To complement this form, the collection is dressed in our distinctive Tea-Dust Green glaze. Originating during the Tang Dynasty, this classic matte glaze features microscopic iron crystals that create a subtle, velvet-like texture, shifting beautifully under changing light. Fired at 1,300 degrees Celsius, the glaze and porcelain body fuse perfectly, ensuring that each sculptural mug is as exceptionally durable as it is visually striking.A master potter, heavily covered in glaze, skillfully shapes a cup on a pottery wheel for Saragaia Jingdezhen.

## Art when empty, life when full

We design with a distinct philosophy: to blend fine art into modern daily rituals. When resting on a shelf or desk, a SaraGaia piece acts as a contemporary sculpture. The moment you pour your favorite morning coffee or evening tea, it becomes a tactile companion, grounding you in the luxury of the present moment.
