Velvety Banana-Caramel Swirl Ice Cream

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 frozen bananas (sliced before freezing)
  • 5 Medjool dates (pitted)
  • ½ cup cold-pressed almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch sea salt

DIRECTIONS

  1. Prep juicer: Install blank plate/strainer-free attachment
  2. Process dates: Feed through juicer with almond milk drizzle
  3. Press bananas: Alternate frozen slices with date pulp
  4. Mix: Fold in vanilla and salt
  5. Freeze: Spread in loaf pan, swirl with extra date paste
  6. Serve: Scoop after 45-minute freeze
