Orders and Shipping
We ship all day long and typically process all orders within one day. If you place an order after 9 AM, it will ship the following day. Once your order is picked up by the courier, we'll send you an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for the courier to submit the initial scan.
You can login to your account to check the status of your order or track your package.
In our experience with missing packages, most have turned up within a few days. Holiday rushes, inclement weather, and other factors may cause delivery delays.
To save time, couriers will sometimes scan packages as delivered once they are loaded on the delivery truck. Please allow them a couple extra days to deliver it to your door.
If you don't receive your juicer within a week, please contact us with your order number, correct shipping address and proof of missing package (security footage, message from the post office, etc.), so we can file a claim and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible!
In some cases we're able to intercept an order before it ships. If your order has already shipped we may still be able to help but will need to act quickly. If you've made this order by mistake please contact us right away.
Please contact us right away! We’re not able to change your payment method once your order is placed. However, we may be able to intercept your order and cancel it before it ships. Once canceled, we’ll send you an invoice so you can pay with the correct method.
