Before placing a gift order, review the delivery timing, destination options, and support information shown for your order. We want the practical details to be as clear as the gift itself.

Can I send a gift directly to the recipient?

Yes. Simply enter the recipient’s shipping address at checkout.

No product price tags or packing slips showing prices are included inside the gift package. Your order confirmation and payment details are sent only to the purchaser’s email address.

Each gift is presented in SaraGaia packaging designed to be kept and repurposed after opening. You may also add a personal message at checkout, and we will include it in a handwritten gift card for the recipient.

When will my gift be shipped?

We offer free worldwide shipping to eligible destinations.

Most orders are dispatched within 3 days. In some cases, including handmade or special-order items, preparation may take up to 1 week. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 1–2 weeks depending on the destination.

Once your order has shipped, the purchaser will receive a tracking email.

What if my gift arrives damaged?

Please inspect the gift when it arrives. If a piece is damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@saragaia.com and include clear photos of the item and its packaging.

Once the issue has been reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Can a gift be returned?

Unused items in their original condition and original packaging may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.

Please contact us at support@saragaia.com before sending any item back. Our team will review your request and provide the relevant return instructions based on your order and destination.

Sale items, gift cards, and personalised or custom items are not eligible for return.
